The Adventures of Dottie Wiggles, Part-1

I opened my eyes this morning and big old hairy Bailey smells more and more ripe everyday. Everyday I wonder why my normally giving curly haired owner didn't wash him? I get washed regularly, but I guess I'm a lot smaller
and make less of a mess…

I can tell I am her favorite the way she carries me out to pee and is so enthusiastic when she talks to me, or puts down my bucket of toys. I'm not sure why, but I really hate those two other furry creatures that sit in that heated bed. Maybe its because they can crawl on counters, or because they can poop and pee inside… Grrr…I think it's how smug and cool they think they are… There's this new person with less hair then the owner… I didn't like him at first because the owner pays way more attention to him then me, but he does take us on walks, throws my toys everyday and he took me for a run the other day, so he's ok in my book now… Oh boy time to pee, oh boy time to pee…(shake, wiggle, shake, wiggle) but it's soooo cold and I have no fur…I'm going to run away from the door maybe they won't catch me…

Spring Rebirth

Break out from beneath winter's icy dungeon
Cover the land in a plethora of paint
Wrap the trees, flowers, bushes and grasses
In your wonderful warming colorful embrace

Allow your smiling warmth to melt winter's bitterness
Miles away from our cares, cars, coats and coffees
Defrost our many frozen hearts, minds and bodies
To truly bring forth new thoughts, ideas & possibilities

Let the days grow brighter and longer
So our many great hearts grow fonder and fonder
Let our commutes get shorter and shorter
So our time with loved ones gets longer and longer

Longingly looking forward to your refreshing rays
Longingly looking forward to your warmer sunshine
Yours truly forever, far, far past the end of days
One frigid, frosty, frozen Pennsylvanian
