Just Plain Old Me-(Mirror of Potential Poem, January)

I am what you are
I am what you've chosen to be
I am the full you
With all your excuses

I am the you who occasionally went to the gym
Most of the time you said you would go
I am the you who runs every now and then
Most of the time you say you will run

I am who you are
I am what you've chosen to be
I am the full you
With all your excuses

I am the you who studied almost everyday
And sometimes later in the night
I am the you who kept most promises
Who paid a few bills on time

I am who you are
I am what you've chosen to be
I am the full you
With all your excuses

I am the you who got a descent job
I am the you who is usually not a slob
I am the you is mostly on time
Who usually can rhyme

I am who you are
I am what you've chosen to be
I am the full you
With all your excuses

I am usually beyond the shadow of a doubt
I don't have too many regrets
I hold almost nothing back
I am the truish, bluish you

I can be you
And you can be me
I hope we meet someday
I hope we meet someday real soon

Because you deserve to be me
And I deserve to be you
